Customer Service Coordinator
Your new company is a well-established organisation looking to expand its operations team with the appointment of both permanent and 12-month FTC Customer Service Coordinators. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll play a key part in coordinating service delivery, liaising with suppliers and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be joining a business that values collaboration, attention to detail and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Your new role
You'll act as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure jobs are scheduled, completed and quality checked efficiently.
- Booking and coordinating work requests on behalf of customers
- Liaising with local suppliers and contractors to arrange completion of jobs
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing work and providing updates where required
- Reviewing inspection reports and carrying out quality checks before issuing them to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal spreadsheets and systems
- Resolving customer queries over the phone and via email
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure service levels and customer expectations are achieved

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and thrives in a busy operational environment.
- A minimum of two years' customer service experience within a phone-based role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing documentation and reports
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Confidence working with various systems and administrative processes
