An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator

to join a leading housebuilder based in Surrey.

You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting defects or raising queries, coordinating remedial works between customers, subcontractors and maintenance teams. The role is key to delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer queries via phone and email
  • Coordinating remedial works and contractor appointments
  • Liaising with customers, subcontractors, maintenance teams and NHBC
  • Managing workloads and providing regular progress updates
  • Diary management and general administrative support

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service and administration experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload while prioritising effectively.

Experience within housebuilding is advantageous but not essential. This is a great opportunity to join an established and growing housebuilder with a strong reputation for quality and customer experience.

Hybrid working is available, with 3-4 days per week in the Surrey office.
