Customer Service Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Temporary Cover
Pay rate: To be discussed on application.
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for your next challenge?
We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team, providing first-class customer service, and coordinating vehicle inspection and audit appointments across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service, scheduling or administration experience who enjoys communicating with customers, managing workloads, and ensuring a smooth service from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Coordinator
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails, responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and allocate vehicle inspections and audits to the appropriate engineers and auditors.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure resources are deployed effectively based on customer requirements.
- Update customer databases and online portals with accurate job information and status updates.
- Liaise with engineers and auditors to arrange follow-on appointments and manage scheduling changes.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage customer correspondence via email and post.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.
- Support the delivery of agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.

The Ideal Customer Service Coordinator
- Previous experience within a customer service, customer support, contact centre, or office-based administration environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Calm, professional and tactful when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good geographical knowledge and awareness.
- Previous scheduling, planning or diary management experience would be advantageous.
