Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Cricklade, Swindon
Hours of work: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Package: Basic Salary £25,000 + Bonus & Company benefits

The Company
GWP, one of the UK's leading packaging manufacturers, are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our established team. You will become part of a business established for more than 30 years, with a strong history of producing sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging. Being part of Macfarlane PLC (the UK's largest packaging distributor) and experiencing strong growth over the past three years.

- Building a strong rapport with the sales team and internal departments delivering excellent service.
- Producing accurate estimates, order processing and logging enquiries from customer/sales team briefs and using bespoke software applications which are integral to GWP.
- Learn and apply manufacturing and design capability and reflect this knowledge on accurate estimates.
- Liaising and building working relationships with key suppliers. Co-ordinating each stage of the enquiry process from design through to the order and delivery.
- Prioritising own workload with attention to detail and multitasking.
- Learning order processing procedure so that this function can be covered when required (to cover colleague’s annual leave etc.)
About You
If you have any or all the below skills and experience, you will be a good fit for this position, so we would certainly welcome your application…
- Previous demonstrable experience of working within a similar fast-paced customer service (preferably B2B) or sales administration orientated role
- Effective communication skills allowing for the provision of excellent customer service
- Strong office/administrative skills including high levels of numeracy and literacy
- The ability to learn and follow correct procedures and processes
- Well-presented and punctual
