Via is supporting a growing national business to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join its busy customer operations team.
If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers and working in a fast-paced office environment, this could be the perfect opportunity. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service from enquiry through to completion while working with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and online systems
- Coordinate service bookings with suppliers across the UK
- Process new customer orders and update internal systems
- Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally
- Handle complaints and find effective solutions
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and arrange services
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Investigate invoice and billing queries
- Prepare service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy office, customer service or administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- A positive, solution-focused approach
- Confidence handling customer enquiries and complaints
- A team-player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
