About The Role

At Carinity – Shalom, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. In this role, you will oversee the facility’s administration team, working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. You will also provide key administrative support, supervise clerical and support staff, and maintain accurate records and invoicing, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

This role requires availability Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What do you need for the role?

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration and clerical procedures, preferably within a Residential Aged Care environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the supervision of other staff, with the ability to lead and work within a team, offering support and assistance when required
  • Ability to manage confidential material and documents according to organisational requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to all management, staff and the general public
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
