A leading organisation in their manufacturing space are currently seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their team to manage the overall customer operations and sales progression processes including managing the team.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Liaise with customers and deliver them excellent service by phone, email, and live chat
- Listen and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Update customer and order information on CRM system
- Upsell new products to existing customers
- Work closely with other departments to solve customer issues and improve customer service

Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service positions
- Experience using a CRM system
- An excellent communicator
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Package:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary
- 25 days + Bank holiday
