Customer Service Coordinator

My client, a leading global provider of high-quality care products, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their established team in Nottingham.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will act as the dedicated main point of contact for a portfolio of key customer accounts. You will oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service standard delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day order processing and management using SAP.
  • Monitor stock availability, track delivery progress, and proactively resolve potential logistics or account queries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, warehouses, hauliers, and external partners to guarantee orders arrive on time and in full.
  • Check order accuracy and communicate clearly with clients regarding delivery details, pricing, returns, or potential delays.
  • Utilise SAP, Excel, and internal reporting tools to monitor account performance and identify process improvements.

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a similar account-coordination role.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and comfort working with systems/data.
  • Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is beneficial, though not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
