About the Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (Supply Chain) to join our Customer Operations team on a 6–9 month fixed-term contract, supporting the team during an important period for the business.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, acting as an important link between our customers, Commercial teams, Supply Chain and logistics partners. From coordinating customer orders and monitoring deliveries to resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed, you’ll help ensure our day-to-day customer operations continue to run smoothly and that we maintain excellent levels of service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day processing and management of customer orders, ensuring they are accurately maintained and progressed through to delivery.
  • Proactively monitor orders against forecasts and agreed customer requirements, identifying potential issues and working with the relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Work closely with our third-party logistics partners, track deliveries and help resolve any issues that could impact our customers.
  • Coordinate returned products and work with Finance and other internal teams where required to ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Alongside our Commercial teams, monitor customer forecasts, product intake and seasonal requirements, highlighting changes or discrepancies that could affect availability or customer commitments.
  • Build effective relationships with customer contacts through regular communication and collaborative working to ensure customer requirements are understood and that we continue to provide a consistently high level of service.
  • Support the wider Customer Operations team, sharing information and stepping in where required to ensure continuity of service across our customer portfolio, particularly during busy periods.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, supporting initiatives that improve our processes, service and efficiency while monitoring key measures such as order fulfilment and product availability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution, Commercial and our logistics partners, helping to keep everyone aligned and ensuring customer requirements are effectively coordinated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
