About The Role
As Customer Service Coordinator based in Aylesford, you will handle inbound orders through phone and email whilst also making proactive outbound calls to existing clients. Managing the shared inbox and resolving customer queries or support tickets forms the core of this position, alongside general administrative duties. You may occasionally assist warehouse or van driving operations when business demands require flexibility. This full-time temporary role, paying £12.71 per hour, operates Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position offers a temporary-to-permanent pathway, with permanent staff enjoying comprehensive benefits. Customer Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to existing customers.
- Processing customer orders received via telephone and email.
- Monitoring and managing the company inbox.
- Assisting customers with enquiries, issues, and open support tickets.
- Completing general administrative duties.
- Producing daily reports and updates for management.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Supporting the wider team with various office-based tasks as required.
Customer Service Coordinator Skills And Experience
- Must have Full UK manual Driving License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Positive, flexible, and professional approach to work.

While this is primarily a Customer Service Coordinator role, there may be opportunities to support other areas of the business when required, including:
