Job Title: Customer Service Delivery Specialist
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire (Northants) Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00)
About the Role
Arvato is looking for a Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Corby. If you are proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and operational functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring service commitments are met and continuously improving customer satisfaction.
- Driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery at every level.

Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
Service Delivery & Performance
- Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with operational and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse service data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Produce customer reports and performance updates for regular communication.
Process Improvement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with customer projects.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar role.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Ability to work in a logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environment (advantageous but not mandatory).
