Join a collaborative, customer-focused team where you'll play a key role in supporting clients with their accounts, delivering exceptional service, and helping them find the right solutions. Working with a diverse customer base, no two days will be the same.

We're looking for a personable and empathetic individual who thrives on helping others. You'll be an excellent communicator, able to remain calm and professional when handling customer queries or resolving concerns. You'll also be resilient, adaptable, and confident managing a variety of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity would suit candidates with experience in customer service, contact centres, call centres, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role where delivering outstanding service is a priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, supporting customers with account opening, maintenance, and general account servicing.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, resolving enquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Support account administration and maintenance activities.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Complete all required training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, products, and processes.

What's on Offer?

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to receive comprehensive training and ongoing development, with a clear pathway to build a rewarding long-term career in customer service from becoming a Team Lead or a specialist.

Contract: 12 months (with the opportunity to become permanent)

Pay: £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay and overtime pay

Working Hours: Shift-based between 8:00am and 8:00pm

Location: Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
