Customer Service Executive

Important Details:
- Duration: 12-month contract
- Location: Sandwich, Kent (Hybrid)
- Working Hours: Business Hours, Monday-Friday
- Salary: £18-£19.20/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Provide front-line support to healthcare professionals, customers and colleagues across UK, helping to ensure customers receive the support they need quickly, professionally and compliantly.
- Support approximately 22,000 customers and healthcare professionals who access company’s products through our Direct to Pharmacy (DTP) and Direct Account supply chains.
- Play a critical role in protecting company’s reputation by resolving enquiries via telephone and email, managing complex customer situations and acting as a trusted customer advocate.

- Exceptional Customer Service Experience
- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confidence handling difficult conversations, complaints and escalations.
- Accurate order entry and attention to detail.
