Role Description
The Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at our facility in West Thurrock. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about hazardous waste management services. Daily tasks include:

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
  • Experience or aptitude in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in an industrial or environmental services setting; awareness of health and safety practices is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or administrative roles is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn industry regulations and procedures related to hazardous waste management.
