Would you like to build your career within a high-growth physical gold and silver business with more than £150 million in revenue?
We are recruiting a Service & Operations Executive to join an established and highly successful precious-metals brokerage based in Central London.
Operating for more than 20 years, the business has developed an excellent reputation within its market and has been featured in publications including the Financial Times, Reuters, Wall Street Journal and CNBC.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, numerically confident and genuinely strong with Excel to join a growing business where accuracy, analytical thinking and attention to detail really matter.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll take responsibility for a range of important operational processes, initially focusing on:
- Procurement and supplier orders
- Stock control and reconciliation
- Client buybacks
- Operational reporting and analysis
- Order and transaction accuracy
You'll work alongside an experienced Service & Operations Executive while developing a detailed understanding of the company's products, systems and wider operations.
This is not simply an administrative position. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers and detailed datasets, spotting discrepancies, investigating why something doesn't reconcile and taking ownership until the issue is resolved.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You'll be responsible for:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
