Customer Service function provides market leading customer care capability to LeasePlan Customers, whether Fleet managers, drivers or dealer & broker partners. Providing expert customer care for both the Ayvens brand and our White Label and banking partners, the customer service function is crucial to protecting and growing the Ayvens brand within the UK market.

The Corporate Care department is committed to enabling business retention and growth, by providing excellent levels of service. This is achieved by building strong customer and stakeholder relationships and developing team members with knowledge of the industry, along with a passion to deliver for our customers.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and accurate fleet management service and support to our customers.
  • Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging ‘front of house’ service to our customers and external contacts.
  • Resolve all issues by telephone as fast as possible, providing accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaints.
  • Deliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAs
  • Build rapport and confidence with our customer base.

Skills and Experience:

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
  • Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customers
  • Good command written English to enable email communication with customer
  • Customer facing experience
  • Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephone
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to show empathy and support to customers
  • Resilience
