We are looking for Customer Service Executive to join our ACTIVA team in Milton Keynes.

Hours
- Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Day-to-day duties
- Dealing with incoming enquiries by telephone and email.
- Adhering to Activa's 15 second ring policy for answering all incoming calls.
- Dispatch of contract renewal emails and assist with vehicle selection.
- Organisation of demo vehicles as requested by customers.
- Obtaining confirmation of on the road prices from suppliers.
- Preparation of vehicle quotations using the in-house system.
- Raising Activa proceed-to-order or tailored client order forms as relevant.
- Sourcing and ordering vehicles with internal and external suppliers.
- Maintaining an overview of day-to-day driver or vehicle concerns and escalating where required.
- Arranging relevant authorisation letters for drivers as requested.

- Flexible, self-motivated and team focused, with the ability to build effective relationships
- Confident, proactive and positive, with strong enthusiasm, energy and a practical “can do” attitude.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Computer literate to intermediate level across Microsoft packages
