Customer Services Executive

Office-Based | Milton Keynes
£12.85 per hour
9am-6pm, including every other weekend

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have an interest in fashion and retail? We're looking for confident, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join a busy and supportive Customer Experience team supporting a leading fashion brand in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with excellent benefits available once you secure a permanent role.

  • Working 5 days per week, including every other weekend.
  • Training Hours are 11am-8pm for 2 weeks, from Monday 7th September
  • Please note: You must be available for the full training period and have no pre-booked holidays during this time.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers across the globe, you'll help deliver a seamless and positive customer experience through multiple communication channels. Supporting customers of a popular fashion retailer, you'll assist with everything from product and sizing queries to orders, deliveries, returns, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries
  • Assisting customers with placing orders
  • Providing information on current deals, promotions, and products
  • Supporting customers with order updates and delivery queries
  • Advising on returns, cancellations, and company policies
  • Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Delivering exceptional service every time

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
  • Retail, e-commerce, or fashion customer service experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • A positive, professional, and customer-first attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

During the initial 3-month probationary period, you'll be employed through Tate Recruitment and paid weekly via timesheet submission.

Once made permanent, you'll move directly onto the company payroll with no additional probation period and will receive company benefits from Day One.
