Job Description
Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Executive, ECommerce Assistant
Reporting to our E:Commerce Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering a first:class online shopping experience, managing orders, and solving problems.
Day To Day, You Will
- Process online orders and input them accurately into internal systems.
- Track orders from entry through dispatch and courier pick:up, resolving any issues.
- Maintain and update large data sets using Excel.
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Administer documents such as invoices and certificates of analysis.

Person Specification
Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Executive, ECommerce Assistant
As our Customer Service Representative / E:Commerce Assistant, you'll have strong communication and multitasking skills, coupled with a high attention to detail and a proactive, problem:solving mindset. Any experience within Customer Service or Customer facing positions would be advantageous.
You Will Also
- Have a personal interest or professional experience in e:commerce : whether that's Vinted, Shopify, eBay or any other relevant platforms.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
