Customer Service Executive – B2B
Aldershot
£30,000 – £33,500
Monday – Friday | Full-time | Office based
Are you a confident and personable customer service professional who enjoys building relationships and speaking to customers?
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join an established and successful business based in Aldershot.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with B2B customer service experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You don't need to be an experienced salesperson or Account Manager – we're looking for someone who is naturally good with people, comfortable picking up the phone and genuinely enjoys developing relationships with customers.
You'll look after a portfolio of business customers, becoming a familiar and trusted point of contact while helping with their day-to-day requirements. You'll also proactively keep in touch with customers, follow up on enquiries and identify opportunities where the business can provide further support.
This is not a call-centre or scripted telesales position. It's about having genuine conversations, understanding your customers and providing a great service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
