Location: Slough

Contract: 14-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

Join Our Customer Experience Team!

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team on a 14-month maternity cover contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Service, Contact Centres, Sales Support, Retail, Hospitality, or Telesales who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll play a key role in supporting our customers through inbound and outbound communications, handling orders, resolving queries, promoting products, and helping to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product, service, and account information.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Contact lapsed customers and support retention activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.

Essential

About You

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Telesales, Retail, Hospitality, or Sales Support roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A positive, customer-first approach.
