Customer Service Executive
Location: Esher with on-site parking
Salary: £27k to £29k plus 25 days holiday plus BH, up to 10% contributory pension scheme, EAP, critical illness cover, income protection, death in service, healthcare cash back scheme, monthly pastries, Summer & Xmas parties and regular socials.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times, hybrid option after 3-month probation (3 days in the office, 2 at home)
Start Date: ASAP!
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, supporting the sales team, and acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout the order lifecycle. You'll be joining a growing and successful organisation with a strong team culture, where collaboration and customer service excellence are highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career within a supportive commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and monitor deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues.
- Support the sales team with account administration.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using SAP would be advantageous.
