Customer Service Executive (Temporary) - Tring

£13.50 per hour | Office-Based | 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting 6 Temporary Customer Service Executives to join a busy and fast-paced team in Tring, starting next Tuesday for a minimum of 4 weeks.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that requires additional support during a particularly busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email
  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers across the UK
  • Managing multiple customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Navigating and updating a range of internal systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously
  • A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
  • Availability to start next Tuesday and commit to a minimum 4-week assignment
