Customer Service Executive/Manager

Great customer experiences are rarely an accident—they are built on empathy, smart systems, and a genuine passion for solving problems. Profiles Creative is looking for a thoughtful, driven Customer Service Executive or Manager to lead support operations and turn everyday buyer interactions into long-lasting brand loyalty.

In this permanent, fully remote full-time role based in the United Kingdom, you will take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, balancing day-to-day resolution with the high-level operational systems that keep an e-commerce brand thriving. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: DOE (£28-45k)

Location: Fully remote (must be UK based)

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer day-to-day customer support operations, developing robust standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge bases, and clear ticket workflows.
  • Manage and configure helpdesk platforms—such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Gladly—alongside integrated channels including live chat, email, and social messaging.
  • Directly handle escalated inquiries, de-escalating customer frustrations, resolving complex order or billing disputes, and providing solutions with care and speed.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on core service metrics, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Response Time (FRT), and resolution efficiency.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across the business, collaborating with Shopify operations and logistics teams to feed back recurring friction points and improve product delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
