CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – MOTOR INDUSTRY
Walton-on-Thames | £30,000–£33,000 PA | ⏰ 45 Hours
Are you a calm, professional and confident communicator who thrives in a busy customer service environment? Our client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and fast-paced motor industry team.
⭐ THE ROLE
You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently
- Arranging customer bookings and appointments
- Organising customers to come into the business
- Keeping accurate notes and updating customer records
- Providing friendly, professional customer service

MOTOR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE? THIS IS ESSENTIAL!
Experience within Service, Parts, Customer Service, Reception, or a Dealership environment.
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
- £30,000 – £33,000 PA
- 45-hour working week – PAID FOR 50 HOURS!
