Role: Customer Service Executive
Job type: 12 month FTC
Location: Wolverhampton, office based
Salary: up to £28,000
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our client's manufacturing business. This is a busy role where you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Processing orders and providing updates on delivery schedules.
- Liaising with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service tasks.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM or ERP systems would be an advantage.
