Customer Service Advisor
Near Salisbury | £27,000–£30,000 DOE | Full Time | Office Based
Are you a real people person who loves delivering great customer service? Do you enjoy being busy, solving problems and making sure customers have a brilliant experience from the moment they first get in touch? We are recruiting a Customer Experience for a successful and growing leisure and experiences business based near Salisbury. This isn't a traditional admin position where you'll spend your day quietly processing paperwork. You'll be at the heart of the customer journey, speaking to customers every day, helping with bookings, answering questions and sorting out the occasional problem. You'll need to be organised and accurate, but just as importantly, you'll need to enjoy talking to people.
The Role
Working as part of a friendly and energetic team, you'll support customers from their initial enquiry through to booking and beyond.
Your day will include:
- Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
- Helping customers with bookings, amendments and general questions
- Delivering a warm, friendly and professional customer experience
- Taking ownership of queries and seeing them through to resolution
- Processing bookings and payments
- Keeping customer and booking information accurate and up to date
- Updating CRM and internal systems
- Following up with customers where required
- Supporting voucher and gifting administration
- Assisting with stock control for products available to customers
- Working closely with sales, marketing and operational colleagues
- Helping identify ways to make the customer journey even better

Who Are We Looking For?
You might currently work in customer service, retail, hospitality, travel, leisure, events, sales support or a busy booking environment. Previous experience is great, but we're equally interested in finding people with the right attitude and personality.
You'll probably describe yourself as someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys talking to customers
- Builds rapport easily
- Is friendly, confident and approachable
- Takes ownership rather than passing problems on
- Remains calm when things get busy
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can juggle several things at once
- Thinks on their feet and looks for solutions

- Is comfortable using IT, email and CRM systems

This is an office-based role near Salisbury, working 37–40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business, the shift pattern will include some weekend working.
