Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Chichester

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated and customer-focused team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing quotes and orders, and delivering a high standard of service across phone, email, and online channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer quotations and orders accurately via phone, email, and website
  • Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service at all times
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and follow up where necessary
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to advise customers effectively
  • Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Ensure all internal systems and processes are followed correctly
  • Support the team in achieving service and performance targets

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of building products or the construction trade would be an advantage
