About This Role
Are you a Customer Service Executive, Fleet Controller, or transport professional looking for your next opportunity? As a Customer Service Executive within our Truck and Trailer Business Unit, you will help deliver a high-quality truck and trailer rental service while keeping our fleet safe, compliant, clean, and ready for hire.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation, deliveries, and collections, making sure trucks and trailers meet customer requirements.
- Complete accurate check-in and check-out inspections, identifying damage, cleaning, repair, and maintenance requirements.
- Manage MOT schedules, planned maintenance, recalls, and customer communications to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Work closely with Engineering, Fleet Services, customers, branches, and repair agents to resolve issues and keep vehicles moving.
- Support rental agreements, customer invoicing, driver administration, and branch operations.
About You
You will have experience in customer service or a similar environment, with strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and colleagues. You will also be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and able to manage competing priorities in a practical transport environment.

- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, alongside the ability to learn new systems such as the truck and trailer app.
- Knowledge of asset rental, transport, or distribution would be advantageous, alongside an ability to inspect vehicles and carry out routine cleaning and maintenance.

About Your Future
