Customer Service Advisor
Stratford-upon-Avon | Hybrid Working | Excellent Salary & Benefits

We’re working with a growing and forward-thinking business in Stratford-upon-Avon that is looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join its expanding team.
This is far more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll be working closely with some of the world’s best-known blue-chip organisations, building strong professional relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for their customers and clients.
If you’re commercially minded, confident communicating with customers, and comfortable using technology — particularly Microsoft Excel — this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a successful and growing organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently across multiple channels
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Acting as a key point of contact for a portfolio of prestigious blue-chip organisations
- Resolving queries and issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Processing and maintaining accurate customer information and records
- Using Excel and other IT systems to analyse information, maintain data and support day-to-day operations
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service levels
- Taking ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to resolution

You’ll ideally bring
- Previous experience in a customer service, client services or account support environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Excel
- A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your career
