Customer Service Expert

Starting salary: £26,700 plus additional benefits.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week.

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm
  • Saturday: 8am - 6pm
  • Sunday: 10am - 4pm

6 weeks rota basis, you will only work 1 and a half weekends in 6 weeks, for any weekend work you will get a day off in the week in lieu!

A bit about the job:

You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers – whether it’s through secure messaging, phone calls or Live Chat. You’ll help them feel supported and confident in their journey with Aviva. Your work will help us retain valued customers and welcome new ones. You’ll be part of a team that puts people first and delivers great outcomes every day.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Great communication skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Comfortable using digital tools like Live Chat and secure messaging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive.
  • Experience in customer service is helpful but not essential.
  • A team player who’s ready to learn and grow.

  • Starting salary: £26,700 plus additional benefits.
  • Bonus opportunity:
    • 6% (A & B grade)
    • 8% (C grade)
    • 10% (D grade)
    • 12% (E grade) of annual salary
    • Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
