Customer Service Intern

Remote UK | Part-Time / Full-Time | Internship | Training Provided | Immediate Start

One of our clients is looking for a Customer Service Intern to join their growing team on a remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, recent graduate or early-career candidate looking to gain valuable customer service, communication and business experience in a professional working environment.

No extensive previous experience is required. The client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, willing to learn and enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries by email, phone and online channels
  • Provide helpful and professional customer support
  • Assist customers with questions, requests and basic issues
  • Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team member
  • Follow up with customers where required
  • Assist with customer records and administrative tasks
  • Support the wider customer service team with day-to-day activities
  • Help maintain a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow company processes and service standards
