Sisters Traveling Solo is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Experience Lead to join our team.

You’ll help manage:

  • Customer emails and follow-ups
  • Customer accounts and trip records
  • Payment and invoice monitoring
  • Trip cancellations and transfers
  • Customer forms and documentation
  • Excel spreadsheets and data accuracy
  • Zoho CRM/Books and other internal systems
  • Customer deadlines and outstanding items
  • General administrative support for our travel operations
