Sisters Traveling Solo is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Experience Lead to join our team.
You’ll help manage:
- Customer emails and follow-ups
- Customer accounts and trip records
- Payment and invoice monitoring
- Trip cancellations and transfers
- Customer forms and documentation
- Excel spreadsheets and data accuracy
- Zoho CRM/Books and other internal systems
- Customer deadlines and outstanding items
- General administrative support for our travel operations
