Customer Service Leader - Lead the Way at Stansted Airport!

Are you an accomplished and driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? World Duty Free is seeking a highly capable Retail Manager to take charge of our team at Stansted airport.

Contract

  • 38.5 hours per week, Full time, 2 week pattern - every other weekend off
  • Full flexibility required

Salary

  • Annual salary with a 12% Management Bonus

Your Responsibilities

  • Inspiring and leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards
  • Collaborating with peers and Customer Service Leaders to ensure seamless operations
  • Maximizing department and category performance to optimise overall store success
  • Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You Need

  • Proven track record in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence both internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and a natural team leader
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day store operations
