Ready to pour your energy into something great? We’re looking for a Project Analyst to join us on an industry placement in our Customer Service, Logistics and Planning (CSL&P) team!

What you’ll do as an Industry Placement student with us:

Taking part in this Industry Placement programme, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we plan and schedule production at HEINEKEN. This isn’t just about shadowing—you’ll dive right in, using your curiosity and fresh perspective to explore how our breweries operate, spot opportunities for improvement, and help us set global standards.

  • You’ll be out in the field visiting breweries, connecting with teams across different countries, and gathering best practices to bring back to the table.
  • Your mission? To create a go-to library of Standard Operating Procedures and training materials that will support our teams worldwide, powered by the latest technology and integrates with our existing digital platforms.

This is an opportunity to gain insight into the inner workings of one of the world’s most iconic brewers, make a tangible impact, and leave a lasting mark on how we operate.

Who We’re Looking For

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
