Customer Service & Logistics Executive – Fixed Term Contract

Supporting our global customer service and logistics operations
Nichebox is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Executive to join our team in London on a fixed term contract basis, supporting the global customer service and logistics operations for our luxury fragrance brands, Clive Christian Perfume and Liquides Imaginaires.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer service, order management and logistics coordination in a fast-paced international environment. Working closely with customers, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, warehouses and our 3PL partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring orders and shipments are processed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage B2B customer orders end to end, from order receipt and SAP entry through to dispatch, ensuring pricing, customer requirements and regulations are accurately followed
- Coordinate customer shipments and logistics, including transport arrangements, customs paperwork and country-specific product registration documentation
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing order updates and information on availability, collections and dispatches
- Monitor sales orders against forecasts and highlight changes or potential issues to Supply Chain
- Coordinate customer returns, credit notes, invoicing and order reconciliation, investigating discrepancies where required
- Support international stock transfers, boutique replenishment and consignment invoicing across global locations
- Coordinate inbound stock, warehouse packing and shipments, ensuring system stock and physical inventory remain aligned
- Work closely with warehouses and 3PL partners to support efficient logistics and warehouse planning
- Monitor transport costs, obtain spot rates and support initiatives to improve cost effectiveness across logistics
- Maintain accurate customer, product and stock records, while identifying issues and contributing to continuous process improvement

What we're looking for
- Experience in customer service, order management, logistics or supply chain, ideally within luxury, beauty, retail or a premium consumer environment
- Minimum 1 year of SAP experience is essential, with experience using relevant order, delivery, stock and invoicing transactions
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, charts and PivotTables
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders across different markets and functions
- Experience working with warehouses, 3PL partners and international shipments is preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of logistics costs and operational efficiency
- Fluent English is essential; French and/or Italian would be an advantage
- Experience with Shopify or warehouse management systems would be beneficial
