Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours

Are you a skilled and customer-focused operative with a commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional service? We are seeking a Customer Service Operative to join our team, delivering responsive maintenance and warranty repairs to homeowners.

In this role, you will attend to defects reported during the warranty period, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard and achieving outstanding customer satisfaction. You will build positive relationships with customers, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and respect at all times while representing the company.

  • Coordinate effectively with occupants and subcontractors
  • Provide practical support where required
  • Respond to emergency situations by making works safe and minimizing further damage
  • Take responsibility for completing defects where subcontractors have not fulfilled their obligations
  • Ensure all work complies with company quality standards
