Role Description
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer support operations to ensure a consistently high level of service for Europe Luxs® members. This is a remote role. The position involves managing customer inquiries across channels, resolving complex issues, and monitoring service quality and member satisfaction. The Customer Service Manager will develop and refine service processes, create guidelines and scripts for the support team, and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. The role includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to align service standards with the brand’s premium positioning and preparing regular reports on customer satisfaction and service performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service Management and Customer Support to oversee service operations and handle member requests efficiently.
- Proven track record in driving Customer Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret service metrics, member feedback, and trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with high-profile members and internal teams.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams is beneficial.
- Background in luxury services, financial services, or high-net-worth client environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in a high-trust environment.
