Opportunity

Are you an experienced Customer Service or Customer Operations leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems and improving how things are done?

We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our established team at Glenbervie, supporting B2B customers across the UK, Europe and international markets. You’ll lead the day-to-day operation, manage customer escalations and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role, so you’ll be just as comfortable leading and developing your team as you are rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in day-to-day customer service when needed.

You’ll also help us develop the function to become even more proactive, structured and insight-led – improving processes, building team capability and using data to identify and prevent recurring issues. Working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial and teams across the wider business, you’ll help deliver a great customer experience while supporting our wider business goals.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the Customer Service team.
  • Managing workload and resource planning to ensure effective service coverage.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end order management process and supporting strong OTIF performance.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex customer, supply and delivery issues.
  • Using customer service data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working cross-functionally to develop solutions and improve processes.
  • Supporting forecasting and demand planning through relevant customer and order insights.
  • Working with Commercial to share customer intelligence and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Leading continuous improvement across customer service, order management and fulfilment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
