About the Role
Are you brilliant at building relationships, juggling priorities, and delivering standout service every time? Do you thrive on understanding clients inside out and turning great service into growth opportunities? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
As our Client Service Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your client portfolio, managing campaigns, activity, and service delivery end to end. You’ll be the trusted partner clients rely on, ensuring solutions are fit for service, KPIs are exceeded, and opportunities for improvement and growth are always explored.
This is a role for someone who can spin multiple plates, push boundaries, and still deliver exceptional results with meticulous attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Up To
- Client Partnership & Service Excellence: Act as a trusted ambassador and primary client contact, building strong relationships, providing clear updates, and consistently delivering on commitments
- Commercial & Financial Management: Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure all activity meets commercial targets while driving efficiency and value
- Performance & KPI Ownership: Own KPIs and SLAs, monitoring performance, sharing best practice, and implementing creative solutions to drive success
- Stakeholder Influence & Leadership: Influence key stakeholders, collaborate across internal teams, and lead direct reports to ensure outstanding service delivery
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, from briefing through execution to post-project review
- Growth, Optimisation & Innovation: Identify opportunities to optimise service delivery, grow accounts, and develop innovative tactical and strategic solutions

Are You Our Perfect Partner?
- Experienced in account management or an executive-level client-facing role
- Strong commercial awareness and critical thinking skills
- Experienced, or have a good understanding of the retail and/or telecommunications industry
- Excellent at building relationships, with strong interpersonal skills both with clients and cross functional
- Experienced in either agency or field marketing
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-focused
- An excellence communicator (both written and verbal)
- Resilient, dynamic, tenacious, and adaptable under pressure
- Positive, with a can-do attitude with high levels of initiative
