We’re looking for an experienced, organised, proactive, and friendly standalone Customer Service Manager to serve as the key point of contact for all customer service-related matters, ensuring smooth and efficient communication, order processing, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer order management
- Shipping and invoicing
- Customer engagement
- Customer administration
- Managing customer expectations
- Operational administration
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Resolving queries and issues quickly and professionally

Must-Haves
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experience in a similar customer service role
- Ideally, experience within the wine, drinks, alcohol or food industry
- A passion for developing strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Bevica would be a strong advantage
