Customer Service Manager / Office Manager – Poole, Dorset
£30,000 – £35,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent

TeamJobs is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Poole for a Customer Service Manager / Office Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative business where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to valued business customers while helping to keep the office running smoothly.

The Role
As the first point of contact for B2B customers, you'll be responsible for delivering a professional and efficient customer experience, building strong relationships, and ensuring every query is handled with care. Alongside your customer service responsibilities, you'll also oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, providing exceptional service at every opportunity
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage queries relating to faulty garments, working towards positive outcomes for both the customer and the business
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement
- Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system
- Ensure customers receive a seamless and professional experience from enquiry through to resolution

Office Management Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinate internal meetings and manage schedules
- Order and manage office supplies
- Organise company events including birthdays, Christmas celebrations and team socials
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering an outstanding service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using Sage 200
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A proactive approach and a willingness to support the wider team
