Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding support across multiple channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct analysis of customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Train new team members on company policies, service standards, and communication skills to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, resolve escalated issues, and improve overall service quality.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of team performance, customer interactions, and operational procedures to support continuous growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience leading customer service teams with a focus on supervision and leadership.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward shared goals.
