Due to increasing demand across our aftersales division we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated team within Aftersales.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead and develop the national After Sales Customer Service function, ensuring the effective delivery of all back-office operations that support service execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and direction across planning, scheduling, invoicing, job administration, preventative maintenance planning and reactive service coordination.
  • Developing KPI frameworks to measure operational effectiveness.
  • Drive operational excellence through national process standardisation, continuous improvement and workforce optimisation, whilst building a One Team culture across multiple locations.
  • You will inspire the team through your enthusiasm and proactive mindset, encouraging accountability and ownership to ensure an exceptional aftersales customer experience.

About You:

  • You will have proven experience leading teams across multiple sites, ranging from administration to aftersales contract support.
  • With a strong understanding of the service industry, you will confidently navigate challenges, effectively allocate resources, and implement structured delivery models aligned to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Through your leadership, you will inspire and motivate a dynamic team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to achieving common goals and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
