Job Purpose

As Service Project Manager, you will lead a dedicated service project team and act as the main point of contact for customers across service and aftermarket activities. You will manage commercial terms, schedules, operations, logistics, risk, financial performance and project delivery, with a clear focus on safe execution and customer success.

Job Description

• Lead Service and Aftermarket projects from kick-off through execution and close-out, ensuring safe, compliant and successful delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer, building strong relationships and ensuring contractual commitments are met.
• Lead and support the project team across onshore and offshore activities, providing clear direction, priorities and expectations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risk, financial performance and deliverables.
• Monitor project costs, revenue, forecasting, invoicing and overall commercial performance in partnership with Finance.
• Plan Field Service Technician requirements and coordinate resources to support upcoming offshore operations.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, pre-job reviews, risk reviews, operational meetings and close-outs.
• Ensure project risks, quality matters and operational issues are identified, recorded and effectively managed.
• Oversee offshore inventory, spare parts and consumables, ensuring accurate recording and billing.
• Monitor and report project performance and customer KPIs, providing regular updates to customers and Service Management.
• Identify additional service opportunities and support quotations and variation orders where required.
• Ensure project documentation, processes and activities comply with TechnipFMC policies, procedures and HSEQ requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the Service and Aftermarket team while promoting TechnipFMC's values and a positive, collaborative working environment.
