The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Customer Services Manager to join our Clinical Solutions business, taking ownership of key customer relationships across London and Greater London.

This is a field-based role, attached to our Brixton site. There is no requirement to attend the Brixton office on a regular basis, other than for formal meetings, training, and other occasional business requirements. The majority of your time will be spent working with and supporting customers across London and Greater London.

This is much more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll be responsible for building strong, long-term partnerships with our customers, delivering an exceptional level of service, and taking a proactive approach to customer retention, account development, revenue, and profitability.

You’ll become a trusted partner to your customers, understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and working collaboratively with our operational and sales teams to deliver solutions that add real value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
