We’re working with a renowned professional institute to find bright, proactive candidates for their membership services team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your office administration skills, and be part of a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling members to update their records and offering guidance
- Providing friendly, supportive assistance to help members navigate processes
- Recording outcomes and maintaining accurate notes
- Building strong customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Excellent phone manner and confidence speaking with a high volume of members
- Clear communication skills and a supportive, professional approach
- Ability to follow processes and handle sensitive conversations
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and courteous telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
