Supporter Care Officer
Salary: £19,921 per annum (FTE £33,202)
Location: Teddington, England
Working Arrangement: Hybrid – largely home-based, with regular office working
Contract: Fixed-term until July 2027
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Overview
Our client, an international development charity, is looking for a Supporter Care Officer to provide high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate supporter data and coordinating resource orders.
Working as part of a front-line supporter care team, you will respond to enquiries across multiple channels, update supporter records, and help ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently. The role requires strong organisation, accuracy, and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond to supporter enquiries by phone, email, and letter.
- Process additions, deletions, and amendments to supporter records.
- Maintain a high level of database accuracy.
- Manage supporter resource orders and liaise with an external fulfilment provider.
- Help ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Record supporter information accurately while working efficiently in a busy environment.
- Build positive relationships with supporters through professional customer service.
