Picton location

Permanent Full-Time

Salary commencing from $1,574.77 per week + 12% Superannuation
35-hour week with Flex-Time system

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is at the heart of our organisation, providing respectful, responsive, and high-quality service that reflects our commitment to meeting the diverse needs and expectations of our community.

To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Experience working within a Customer Contact/Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise, think and solve problems on a day to day basis.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and individually without direct supervision, be motivated with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Current Class C Drivers License.
