Join us as a Customer Service Officer

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Officer at Coutts, you'll take telephone instructions and respond to customer requests for information about their day-to-day banking needs and credit card transactions. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Taking real ownership of each enquiry
  • Updating databases with accurate customer data
  • Making sure that complaints and complex issues are documented
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements

The skills you'll need

To thrive in this role, you'll need a background in customer service and experience of providing exceptional service either face to face or over the phone. You'll also demonstrate:

  • Great communication skills
  • A genuine desire to learn new skills
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft apps

Your working pattern

You’re joining an incredible network of colleagues who are here for our customers whenever and wherever they need us. You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the shifts you do and the hours you work, which will be between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, and will include some bank holidays.
